Shoqata e Grave të Policisë së Kosovës (ShGPK), nga data 03–05 dhjetor 2025, ka realizuar rishikimin e Strategjisë Zhvillimore si dhe hartimin e Planit të Veprimit për ciklin 2025–2027, me përkrahjen e Misionit të OSBE-së në Kosovë.
Ky proces u zhvillua me përkushtim të plotë nga anëtaret e Shoqatës, duke synuar forcimin e kapaciteteve organizative, avancimin e rolit të grave në sektorin e sigurisë dhe përcaktimin e objektivave strategjike që do të udhëheqin aktivitetet e ShGPK-së në vitet e ardhshme.
Puna tre-ditore ka mundësuar një qasje gjithëpërfshirëse, duke reflektuar mbi arritjet, sfidat dhe nevojat aktuale, me theks të veçantë në zhvillimin profesional, fuqizimin e anëtarësisë dhe rritjen e bashkëpunimit me partnerë vendorë dhe ndërkombëtarë.
Me mbështetjen e vazhdueshme të Misionit të OSBE-së, ShGPK mbetet e përkushtuar në krijimin e një mjedisi më të barabartë, më të fuqizuar dhe më të sigurt për gratë në uniformë dhe shoqërinë në tërësi.
The Association of Women of the Kosovo Police (AWKP), from December 3–5, 2025, carried out the review of the Development Strategy as well as the drafting of the Action Plan for the 2025–2027 cycle, with the support of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
This process was conducted with full dedication by the members of the Association, aiming to strengthen organizational capacities, advance the role of women in the security sector, and define the strategic objectives that will guide the activities of AWKP in the coming years.
The three-day work enabled a comprehensive approach, reflecting on achievements, challenges, and current needs, with special emphasis on professional development, empowerment of the membership, and increased cooperation with local and international partners.
With the continuous support of the OSCE Mission, AWKP remains committed to creating a more equal, empowered, and secure environment for women in uniform and society a9s a whole.
